Genuine GLT PG16080A plain bearing bush, featuring a 16mm inner diameter, 18mm outer diameter, and 80mm length. This high-performance bearing is constructed with a bronze-based material and a PTFE/fiber mixture (GLT-B09), designed for demanding applications. It can withstand high static loads up to 250 N/mm² and dynamic loads up to 140 N/mm², with a maximum sliding speed of 2.5 m/s. The bearing operates efficiently across a wide temperature range from -200°C to +280°C, offering a friction coefficient between 0.03 and 0.20. Recommended for shafts with a hardness of ≥45 HRC and a surface roughness of Ra0.4-0.8, with a chamfer of 15-30 degrees.
