Verifica la causa

  1. Connect a diagnostic scanner and view live MAF sensor data to check if the reading is static or fluctuates appropriately with engine revs

  2. Inspect the inlet pipework between the MAF sensor and the turbocharger/intake manifold for unmetered air leaks (split hoses or loose clamps)

  3. Disconnect the MAF sensor and ECU harness to check wiring for continuity, shorts to ground, shorts to voltage, pushed-out pins, or corrosion in the 4-pin connector

  4. Verify if there are concurrent codes for turbocharger overboost or EGR valve deviations, which can trigger a secondary MAF range code
